Featured College - Colby-Sawyer College

Colby-Sawyer College is located in New London, New Hampshire; a spectacularly beautiful area in the Dartmouth-Lake Sunapee Region. Colby-Sawyer is about 90 minutes north of Boston, one hour south of the White Mountains and 3.5 hours south of Montreal.

The student body is made up of over 900 students representing 25 states and 11 foreign countries. With over 125 faculty members, Colby-Sawyer College has an 11 to 1 student-to-faculty ratio allowing for plenty of personal interaction between students and professors.

Outside of the classroom, 97 percent of the class of 2007 completed one or more internship opportunities. Doing so exposed the students to practical experience in their chosen career field and allowed them to develop personal contacts to be used later when conducting a job search. Colby-Sawyer students keep busy through participation in clubs and organizations and varsity and intramural sports.
